Messaging Architecture and Toolset

Supported the creation of materials meant to produce resonant, distinct, and on-brand writing to engage SAP target audiences and advance business goals.

The messaging toolset spanned defining strategy, crafting the right messages, applying them in execution, and aligning stakeholders, and included a messaging guide, a messaging workspace as a Mural board, and a stakeholder socialization deck template.

Each of these elements was designed and refined in conjunction with the SAP brand team and PMM stakeholders.
